• Customised and made-to-order pieces typically require 30–45 working days for production, depending on the complexity of the design.
• Standard ready-to-ship jewellery is dispatched within 3–5 working days following order confirmation and payment.

 We proudly deliver across India and offer international shipping to select destinations. Every package is sealed and insured for its full value until it reaches your hands.

Transparency is key to our service. A unique tracking number will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp as soon as your order has been dispatched.

• Note: Delivery timelines for customised orders begin after the production phase is complete.

 Jewellery must be inspected immediately upon receipt. As our pieces are precious and fragile, we recommend handling with absolute care.
