 We reserve the right to modify these terms. All jewellery is crafted in authentic 92.5 hallmarked silver, CVD moissanite, or 14K gold.

As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in texture or finish are hallmarks of unique craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Order Confirmation

• Full payment is required to commence processing. Once confirmed, orders are final and subject to availability.

Production Timelines

• Custom pieces require 30–45 working days of dedicated artistry. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–5 days.

Customised and made-to-order jewellery is crafted exclusively for you. Therefore:

• No cancellations once production has commenced.
• These pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 Prices are in INR and subject to change. Payments are secured via industry-standard third-party gateways for your protection.

We offer re-polishing and repair services. We are not liable for wear and tear or damage from improper handling or third-party alterations.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
